The deadline is May 1. The 50% deposit is non-refundable.

All applications, including the application form, and a tuition deposit of 50%, must be submitted by May 1. Accommodation fees and other 50% of tuition must be submitted by June 1.

50% Tuition deposits will be refunded only for those applicants 1) who are not admitted to the Festival as an Active or Passive participant, 2) Medical reasons (with an official medical report attached).

*Deposit : 50% of the Artist Tuition must be submitted along with the application.

*Participants should complete full payment including room and board by June 1

*Late applications after May 1 are only considered if there is a place.

Double Room
8.5 x 6 days = 50 Euros
